Marvin Vettori attackerar Branden Allen över titelförhoppningar

Brendan Allen besegrade Chris Curtis under helgens gångna UFC-gala. Följande vinsten valde Allen att utmana den regerande mellanviktsmästaren i organisationen, Dricus Du Plessis. Detta har irriterat en annan mellanviktare i Marvin Vettori, som bland annat kallar Allens insats mot Curtis för ”pinsam”.

Brendan ”All In” Allen (24-5) besegrade sin motståndare Chris ”The Action Man” Curtis (31-11, 1 NC) i huvudmatchen under lördagsnattens UFC-gala. Kampen var ett returmöte de två emellan, där Allen revanscherade förlusten han led i december 2021. Överlycklig följande segern, valde Allen att från sin nummer 6 rankning i mellanviktsdivisionen utmana den regerande mästaren i viktklassen Dricus ”Stillknocks” Du Plessis (21-2).

En person som fann denna utmaning uppseendeväckande är den nummer 5 rankade mellanviktaren Marvin ”The Istalian Dream” Vettori (19-7-1). Han anser bland annat att Allen inte visade upp något speciellt som skulle validera en titelutmaning.

Följande Brendan Allens kommentar om en titelutmaning, tog Marvin Vettori till sociala medier. Där attackerar han ”All In” för en medioker insats i kampen mot Chris Curtis.

Allen, what the fuck are you calling for the title, man. You look like dog shit, got rocked every single round and prayed you were getting the takedown just to hang in there. That shit was embarrassing. I guess that angry Vettori is back motherfucker.

I think Curt did great and to be honest won, there was never any damage caused on the ground. He got surprised with the takedown and got stalled out for a bit but couple times he was close to end the fight.

Allen svarar

Allen fick en möjlighet att svara på de bitska orden från Vettori. Han säger att om Vettori inte är villig att stå bakom sina ord, finns det inget mer att säga de två emellan.

The only time he wants to do something is when it’s in front of people. I don’t give a fuck if you see me, stand behind what you say, if you’re a man then stand behind what you say, that’s my problem.

At the end of the day, that’s the only thing left I’ve got to say to Marvin. we’re not going to fight unless you want to fight me here or at my gym, you had your chance…I showed up, I saved the card with Chris. Say what you want, talk what you want, but when you see me, do something if you’re really about it.
