UFC och Cage Warriors har in i det sista försökt att arrangera sina galor efter utsatt tidsschema. Under måndagskvällen blev det dock klart att UFC ställer in sina kommande galor och Cage Warriors flyttar hela helgens gala till en annan stad.
Uppskjutna på obestämd framtid
Enligt Michael Carroll har UFC-presidenten Dana White skickat ut ess massmail till organisationens anställda. Där ska White hyllat sin personal, som arbetat hårt för att arrangera de kommande galorna som planerat, men fastslog även att det är omöjligt. Det hela rör sig om, åtminstone, organisationens tre nästkommande galor.
This weekend’s UFC event, as well as 3/28 and 4/11, have been indefinitely postponed per an email from Dana White to all UFC employees. The UFC also offers support to any employee and/or family member who may require medical support in the coming weeks/months. Positive email tbh. Dana has praised the efforts of all employees for working so hard to constantly make it happen everywhere and every time. But, with the current state of affairs, it’s simply impossible.
Från London till Manchester
Endast minuter senare gick Cage Warriors-presidenten Graham Boylan ut med följande meddelande på sitt ’Twitter’-konto.

Boylan och Cage Warriors planerar dock att flytta hela galen till Manchester och menar, i skrivandes stund, att galan kommer äga rum där. Dock utan publik och media på plats.
